Th Hario V60 Coffee Drip Kettle is what we use in the coffee shop for custom pourovers. The neck is a really great shape for pouring easily and under fine control, drawing the water from the bottom of the kettle.

It holds 1.2L and although we pour preheated hot water into the kettle, you can also use the kettle to boil water. It works on induction, gas, electric, radiant and halogen cooktops.
